Important Message: We ask that employers be sensitive in their hiring because if you hire a person currently employed by another member who possibly has paid for CVA training and certification, and conceivably devoted substantial on-the-job training with such person, you could cause harm to the member and his/her firm. NACVA’s message to you is: be respectful to other NACVA members’ needs and do unto them as you would want them to do unto you. Please keep things ethical and above board and if there is an employee of another member you wish to hire, get that member’s permission first. That way you will make friends, not enemies.
